Our English Breakfast and English Afternoon are the perfect blends to see you through a busy day. In this set you’ll find them hidden away in three classic London landmarks. So whether you’re calling home, posting a letter, or running for the bus, make time for proper cup of English tea.
Our Tea Masters have created the blends using the finest teas from India, Africa and Sri Lanka. English Breakfast is the nation’s favourite brew. Ours is bold and satisfying, with a high proportion of second-flush Assam (leaves picked at the peak of freshness) making it the ideal way to start the day. To create our English Afternoon blend, we’ve balanced black teas from four different regions with a little of our signature bergamot flavouring. This makes for a rounded and reviving afternoon pick-me-up.
They say buses turn up in threes, but in our London Tour set, it’s the tea that comes as a trio. Each set contains 25 grams (g) of loose leaf English Breakfast, 25g of loose leaf English Afternoon and 14 English Breakfast tagged teabags. As we take cups of tea very seriously here, each of our blends is foil-sealed inside its caddy for freshness. Enjoy yours with a generous splash of milk, or try the English Afternoon with a slice of lemon for a zesty, invigorating brew.
Our London Tour gift set contains three charming tea caddies, ideal for those who appreciate a touch of British heritage. Taking you on a tour of London, the caddies celebrate three traditional British designs – the telephone booth, post box and classic London bus. Each embossed metal caddy is a brilliant red and features charming illustrations. Once the tea is finished, they can take pride of place at home or on your desk. The London bus caddy is even designed as a money box, making it as practical as it is pretty.

Each and every morning, my favourite cup of tea would be English Breakfast. It’s strong, it’s coloury, it’s got a wonderful nutty flavour that I really do enjoy, and it takes the milk well.William Manning, Senior Tea Taster
In the UK Head Office we taste over 500 cups of tea every day, to search for the best quality teas available from around the world.Dominic Marriot, Tea Taster
Later on in the afternoon I might try something like a Darjeeling that has the muscatel flavour, or maybe even a high-grown Ceylon, but definitely my favourite brew, and the one that I drink the most of, is English Breakfast.William Manning , Senior Tea Taster
