Mango & Lychee Soufflé Dessert Green Tea is a delightfully sophisticated infusion. It fuses sweet, citrusy lychee with sweet golden mango and grassy Chinese green tea. Inspired by the most challenging, but rewarding, dessert of all – delicate, airy soufflé – we’ve created a refreshing tea that’s light as a feather but loaded with flavour.
For tea lovers who appreciate the finer things in life, our pyramid teabags bring connoisseur and convenience together. Enjoy the refined flavours of luxury loose leaf tea in one handy teabag. Just like brewing in a pot, the pyramid bags allow tea leaves to circulate and infuse properly. Watch as the colours and flavours of the superior ingredients are released into your cup. It's the quickest way to brew your favourite fine tea, giving a whole leaf citrus infusion in moments. What’s more, the teabags are made from corn starch, so they’re biodegradable, plastic-free and better for the environment.
Our Tea Masters use high quality whole leaf Chinese green tea as the base for this fruity blend. The leaves are sourced from the Jiangxi, Anhui and Zhejiang provinces – known as the ‘Golden Triangle’ for green tea. We then add our unique mango and lychee flavouring as well as pieces of dried mango to create a fabulously flavoursome and mouth-watering blend. Pretty sunshine-yellow in the cup and with a gloriously tropical aroma of rich mango and exotic lychee, the tea was honoured with a Great Taste award. The judges praised the blend’s ‘good colour and pleasant lychee aroma… The green character comes through along with good fruit notes. Nicely rounded.’
Each box contains 15 whole leaf pyramid bags, each one string-tagged for easy brewing in cup or pot. This means you can be sure they reach you full of flavour so you can enjoy a truly tropical brew. It’s a tea that can rise to any occasion – make it your new morning brew, serve as a post-meal palette cleanser in place of a pudding, or drink it iced on hot summer days.
For summer sipping, simply steep the teabag in hot water (with a little sugar to taste) then dilute with chilled water. It’s the perfect way to enjoy Mango & Lychee Soufflé tea when you’re in need of a cooler, thirst-quenching beverage. Whether you drink it hot or cold, this tea is a great way to cleanse and re-energise.

Each and every morning, my favourite cup of tea would be English Breakfast. It’s strong, it’s coloury, it’s got a wonderful nutty flavour that I really do enjoy, and it takes the milk well.William Manning, Senior Tea Taster
In the UK Head Office we taste over 500 cups of tea every day, to search for the best quality teas available from around the world.Dominic Marriot, Tea Taster
Later on in the afternoon I might try something like a Darjeeling that has the muscatel flavour, or maybe even a high-grown Ceylon, but definitely my favourite brew, and the one that I drink the most of, is English Breakfast.William Manning , Senior Tea Taster
