To create this superior infusion, our Tea Masters start with top quality Indian Assam. This biscuity, malty base is the perfect backdrop for our special spice blend. We add cinnamon and ginger to give a gentle warmth, then create depth and complexity with star anise, cardamom and cloves. The blend is finished with cracked peppercorns for a light crackle of heat. Chai recipes traditionally vary between regions, and ours is no exception. We’ve tweaked it many times to achieve the perfect taste and aromas. It’s bold and brisk with a fine balance of spices.
