Strawberry & Chilli Infusion - 6 Packs of 20 Foil Teabags (S&S)
Product Code : 2018C
Mixing summer with spice, our Strawberry and Chilli Infusion is one vivacious blend. Take a walk on the wild side and enjoy a fruit tea that’s fiercely flavoursome. If you like the kick of red-hot chilli, this is the perfect brew for you.
Our Tea Masters use only 100% natural ingredients for this sweet-yet-fiery infusion. You won’t find any hidden artificial colours or flavourings, and absolutely no added sugar either. We start by blending a base of rich, ripe strawberry to give the tea it’s juicy berry character. While these plump red fruits are a summertime special, our Strawberry and Chilli Infusion can be enjoyed through all the seasons - no sunshine necessary. We complement the strawberry in this blend with a different kind of heat. Just a touch of real chilli adds enough spice to cut through the sweetness, creating a balanced infusion that soothes and refreshes while still packing a serious chilli punch. It brews into a glorious ruby-red liquor with an enticing aroma of freshly-picked strawberries.
Enjoy this infusion as an especially warming cuppa when brewed with just hot water, or try it iced for a tongue-tingling refresher. Simply steep the teabag in a little hot water (with a sprinkling of sugar if desired), then dilute with ice and still or sparkling water. It’s the perfect way to unwind in the garden on a sizzling afternoon or, as it’s naturally caffeine-free, drink it in the evenings too. However (and wherever) you prefer it, we foil-wrap every teabag so you can be sure each infusion tastes as bold and flavoursome as the last.
Each and every morning, my favourite cup of tea would be English Breakfast. It’s strong, it’s coloury, it’s got a wonderful nutty flavour that I really do enjoy, and it takes the milk well.
William Manning, Senior Tea TasterIn the UK Head Office we taste over 500 cups of tea every day, to search for the best quality teas available from around the world.
Dominic Marriot, Tea TasterLater on in the afternoon I might try something like a Darjeeling that has the muscatel flavour, or maybe even a high-grown Ceylon, but definitely my favourite brew, and the one that I drink the most of, is English Breakfast.
