Delivery
We ship to the UK and selected countries.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours, at busy times this could take up to 1-4 days to process. Please note orders are only processed Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 10 am will be dispatched the next working day.
UK delivery
We offer three delivery options.
- Next Working Day UK Mainland Delivery £5.99 Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 11 am.
- Standard delivery - £4.99 Average delivery time of 1 – 3 working days. This is for orders totalling £19.99 or less after discounts have been applied. This service is operated by Royal Mail and DHL
- Standard delivery - FREE Average delivery time of 1 - 3 working days.
This is applied to orders totalling over £20 after discounts have been applied. - Pick-up from Ahmad Tea (Chandler's Ford only) - FREE
This is a Click and Collect service from our headquarters in Chandler’s Ford near Southampton. This is the only pick-up site; we do not offer Click and Collect from retailers selling our teas. For address details, please check our Contact Us page.Pick up on the same day for orders received before 12pm. For orders received after 12pm, pick up from the next day. Please do not arrive for pick-up without a confirmed time slot. This is only for mainland UK orders. The order will be held for 10 working days and if not collected, a full refund will be automatically given.
Customers must confirm their order number on collection.

Delivery Timeline: Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. These services are handled by DHL.

Important Information for EU Customers:
Since the UK’s departure from the EU on 1st January 2021, deliveries to some EU
countries may incur a customs clearance charge, payable by the recipient upon delivery.
For detailed information regarding customs charges, please refer to your country's government regulations.
If goods are returned to Ahmad Tea due to non-payment of these charges, shipping fees will not be refunded, and additional return fees may apply.

Refund & Returns
Absolutely! We apologise if your order did not meet your expectations. Please contact us at +44 (0) 2380 27 89 00 or email us at info@ahmadtea.com and we will resolve the issue. Please note we do not cover delivery/shipping costs for items being returned.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping costs are not refunded when goods are returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ahmadtea.com . Please note we do not cover delivery/shipping costs for items being returned. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and Gift Cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In order for a promotion code to be valid, it must meet both the date and the product requirements. Please double-check the code is not expired and is valid for the products in your tea basket. If you're still having issues, please reach out to customer support at info@ahmadtea.com.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and American Express.
Enter the code in the provided box at the time of checkout. The discount will be directly applied to the final receipt. Only one discount code is permitted per individual order.
That must be very frustrating; let’s resolve this right away. Here are some potential solutions: 1) Verify that you are typing in the email and password registered to the account. 2) Avoid copying and pasting your email and password into the prompt boxes. Sometimes this adds an extra unseen “space” which causes the system to reject the password. If you cannot remember your password, please select “FORGOT PASSWORD” on the log in page. An email will be sent to your registered account inviting you to reset your password. If you still cannot log into your account, please contact us at info@ahmadtea.com and we’ll investigate.
