A message from our family to yours

Firstly, we hope you and your families are staying well. Our thoughts are with each and every one who has been affected by this health crisis and we’ve been enormously grateful to have received so many messages of support from so many of you.

As we all continue to tackle the outbreak of Covid-19, we wanted to update you on our plan to continue supplying you with your favourite brews.

It’s important to us as a family that we put people first. Our business is global and so is this pandemic, the health and wellbeing of our customers, our factory workers or office staff across the world is our primary concern and we continue to be guided by this.

This website remains fully open for business, with deliveries directly to your door, however, your tea may take a little longer to get to you. We also want to assure you that we have put in place many additional safety measures to ensure that our dispatch teams can work safely.
