Really lovely robust English Breakfast tea! Lovely with a splash of milk! Its very smooth and overall is an well-rounded. Probably would get the teabags for convenience next time - however, you can never beat the quality of loose leaf!

This tea is one of the best black tea blends I have ever had! I prefer my tea without much fuss, no added flavours, no milk, no sugar - and this tea is the ideal candidate. It has a very balanced, strong, but well-rounded taste, slightly malty (which I like a lot). It is not exactly a light tea, but very well-balanced, without any hint of bitterness. I just love it! (Always use loose leaf, btw).
Apart from the tea itself: As I live outside the UK and the online store for my country is not as well designed and sorted as the UK version, it is a bit of a hassle to get my favourite teas. The delivery went wrong at first, but the team at Ahmad Tea was so incredibly helpful, friendly and supportive. Opening the parcel was a delight already, with all the items very carefully packaged, covered with a very elegant Ahmad wrapping paper. Even though shipment/delivery can be more tricky across countries and in spite of the delivery fees, I will order from this webshop in the future. Excellent shopping experience, outstanding service, excellent products.

Excellent blend, my favorite to warm up, round,full of flavour, with touch of malt.

I found this tea in a 500g "family size pack" in my local ethnic grocery store. The tea has a very smooth taste with a hint of Assam maltiness. But it is very balanced and not too strong. The colour of the cup is very dark, even adding lots of milk doesn't change much. Very different from brands like Tesco or Twinings or Lipton etc. I think this is a big lighter and more balanced and maybe a bit more elegant than your average supermarket brands. Unfortunately Ahmad teas are not widely available in Finnish supermarkets. They are mostly only available in ethnic & Middle Eastern grocery stores so they are sometimes hard to get if one is not living in bigger cities.
