Grapefruit, Mate & Guarana Seed "Energy" Infusion - Teabags
Product Code : 2036
Start your day with a vibrant cup of Ahmad Tea Energy Infusion, a lively fruit and herb tea crafted with refreshing botanicals and naturally stimulating ingredients. This bright and aromatic blend combines mate, guarana, mint, grapefruit and lemongrass with vitamin B6, creating a bold and invigorating infusion with fresh citrus and herbal notes.
Our Tea Masters build this energetic blend around mate, a traditional South American drink brewed from the leaves of the yerba holly plant. Known for its fresh, grassy flavour and natural caffeine content, mate provides a smooth and uplifting base for the infusion.
To complement this character, we add guarana seeds, ground from the seeds of Amazonian berries. Guarana contributes subtle woody and fruity notes while naturally containing caffeine. The blend is further balanced with peppermint leaves, zesty lemongrass, lemon verbena and bright grapefruit, finished with a gentle hint of warming cinnamon for a rounded and refreshing flavour.
The result is a sunshine-orange infusion with vibrant aromas of citrus and mint and a lively, refreshing taste. With naturally occurring caffeine from mate and guarana, this infusion is best enjoyed earlier in the day when you’re looking for a bright and energising cup.
This blend also includes vitamin B6, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, complementing the vibrant character of the tea.
Each box contains 20 string-tagged teabags for convenient brewing in a cup or teapot. Every teabag is foil-sealed for freshness, helping to preserve the lively flavours and aromas until you’re ready to brew.

Each and every morning, my favourite cup of tea would be English Breakfast. It’s strong, it’s coloury, it’s got a wonderful nutty flavour that I really do enjoy, and it takes the milk well.
William Manning, Senior Tea TasterIn the UK Head Office we taste over 500 cups of tea every day, to search for the best quality teas available from around the world.
Dominic Marriot, Tea TasterLater on in the afternoon I might try something like a Darjeeling that has the muscatel flavour, or maybe even a high-grown Ceylon, but definitely my favourite brew, and the one that I drink the most of, is English Breakfast.
