Our Cardamom Tea is a uniquely flavoured, exotic brew that fans of our Earl Grey or Chai Spice will love. It is actually our best-selling tea worldwide.

To make it, our Tea Masters create a black tea blend featuring lots of quality Kenyan leaves. This gives the brew its crisp but mature character – a perfect backdrop for the uniquely herbal, slightly menthol green cardamom. We use a special cardamom flavour that complements the black teas with its warm aromatic spiciness.

Cardamom is a popular spice across Asia, the Middle East and Europe. In India it’s used in savoury and sweet dishes – from rice biryanis to creamy desserts – while in Turkey and Lebanon it’s ground into coffee. The Scandinavians love it to flavour their baking, while recently, chefs in the UK have been experimenting with cardamom and chocolate. At Ahmad Tea, though, we still think it’s best in a brew, adding its exotic aroma to a nice cuppa…

Our Cardamom Tea makes a versatile brew. Served lightly steeped it’s like a more exotic Earl Grey. Enjoy it like they do in the Middle East by serving it strong, black and with lots of sugar. Alternatively, drink it well brewed with a splash of milk as a rich, soothing cuppa, similar to a warming spiced chai tea.

Dear tea lover, the fact that you are reading this review is a testimonal to your good taste. I have been introduced to the Ahmad tea at a diner at a collegue's in Houston (Thank you Allan), and I live in Belgium. He served the tea after dinner and i must have been drinking too much of it, as he gave me a 500 g of the Rich Earl grey. I absolutely love it.
So I tried to replenish my personal reserve (10 lbs of tea :)) but because of brexit the tea was blocked at Belgium customs and i could not get it moving so i requested the help of cusutome care and they have been instrumental in releasing the black gold. Last minute decision to order the Cardamon tea after already placing another order. Called the help center and problem Solved. Dispatched the same day as order placed with notification of delivery progress. To our disbelief arrived with us here in France within less than 48hrs. After tasting the Cardamon tea can recommend this product and will be enjoyed on a regular basis ????.

Good Tase, Natural Cardamon Recommended as an Alternative for Cardamom Flavouring

I purchased a 500g bag the day before, tried it this morning at breakfast and I was delighted by its taste. No wonder it it your best selling tea. Born in Indian Himalayas, black tea with cardamon has been a part of my breakfast since childhood. The Ahmad Tea Cardamon Flavour did not disappoint at all. The ratio of cardamon flavouring to tea was subtle and not overpowering at all. However, I would also like to mention that dried natural cardamon could be a better alternative for cardamon flavouring. It would not only be a visual delight to see while opening the box but It can also bring a more robust flavour to the tea.

Best Tea I've Tried

I have always enjoyed black teas but a couple of years ago a friend gave me a tea which she had added some cardamom powder to. It was wonderful. Not long after, I found this product and not only does it make life so much easier, it tastes amazing! This is our number one tea at home now - the whole family loves it.

Each and every morning, my favourite cup of tea would be English Breakfast. It’s strong, it’s coloury, it’s got a wonderful nutty flavour that I really do enjoy, and it takes the milk well.
