The first ‘beyond the Leaf’ selection was bought as a present for me and I have now ordered this because they were all so good. I think much better than the usual range. (It’s a shame the bags are all individual wrapped in foil coated paper though - would be more environmentally friendly to have them in just paper sachets or not individually wrapped?). The tea flavour is really good, there are subtle hints of flavour I haven’t been able to detect in other teas. My favourite range of teas ever.
I must admit - I'm addicted. Can't start or finish my day with a cup of Ahmad Earl Grey.
This is a very interesting tea. It has a very mild bergamot flavour and makes quite a strong brew. Having gone off Earl Grey over the years because it was too heavily flavoured so the tea was unrecognisable, this tea makes a high quality "English breakfast" style tea but with a light Earl Grey background flavour. Really enjoying it. Also represents excellent value, being less expensive than many equivalent loose leaf teas.
I first did discovered Ahmad tea whilst on holiday in Greece.
It’s the most refreshing and light flavoured I’ve ever had .
I ordered direct and got a free sample of flavoured tea which I loved so will be ordering shortly.
No more Yorkshire tea for us even though we live there.
I love all the black fruit tea of Ahmad tea which has a very good balance of the taste of fruit and tea.
