Our Chai Spice blend is a bold and satisfying brew perfect for adding some spice to your day. It’s inspired by Indian chai – a much-loved traditional drink whose recipe varies from region to region (and even family to family). Our version uses aromatic spices to create a soothing contrast to our favourite Indian black tea.
To make our chai tea blend, our Tea Masters start with pure Assam to create a rich and malty base. They transform this into an exotic brew by adding our unique chai spice flavouring. The recipe features natural ginger, cinnamon and clove for warmth, plus star anise, cardamom and pepper to give depth and complexity to the blend.
Each teabag is individually foil-wrapped to seal in the flavours, giving you a chai that’s full of character in every cup. The warming spices in this tea are harmonious with autumn and winter, making it the ideal cuppa to brighten up those colder days. Enjoy with a splash of milk and a spoonful of sugar for a comforting afternoon boost.
